I’ve decided to join my third challenge for the year! For the Chunkster Challenge, I’ll be reading four books (one a quarter) over 450 pages between 7 January and 20 December 2008. Fun, right?
I’m not sure what my four books will be, but I know they’ll include The Sweet Far Thing by Libba Bray and City of Ashes by Cassandra Clare.

The Sweet Far Thing is definitely a chunkster but oh so good. It’s my favorite of the three. I can’t wait to see what you think about it! :)

I don’t now if you have read Alison Croggon’s books, but I just started The Naming yesterday and that thing is good AND long. The perfect combination. If not for the fact my classes had been canceled today, I would have been half asleep because I stayed up so late.
As for Stardust, I did not see the movie, but a friend told me it was out, so I will have to run out and rent it soon. It looks really good, and I liked the book a lot. The book was very easy to read.

You should read one of the Roman novels by Colleen McCullough. They’re pretty long but really good.
