I don&#039;t think they should &quot;americanize&quot; spelling or grammar, but I do think there should be a &quot;glossary&quot; of slang used in the book that americans aren&#039;t familiar with. I mean, if it&#039;s going to be published in the US of course. Not if it&#039;s published in Canada... that would be odd.</description>
